Job summary

CLA in Indianapolis is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator to champion client billing and practice management across services. You will collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams, ensuring accurate invoices and timely billing while monitoring WIP and resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and their engagement teams to gain knowledge on billing expectations and trends.
• Process and monitor invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies or errors and correct billing records.
• Prepare and submit reports on billing activities and trends.
• Assist in revenue cycle management and items such as AR posting and data management.
• Support practice management including billing schedules and WIP monitoring.
