CLA in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator to lead billing and practice management for services across the firm. You will collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to ensure timely, accurate invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.

The role emphasizes information management, analysis of billing trends, processing invoices, and supporting revenue cycle activities. Candidates should have 3 years of related administrative experience and familiarity with Workday or PSA software.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations and industry standards.
• Identify and correct billing discrepancies and ensure accurate billing records.
• Review billing information and monitor trends to discuss with leadership.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and completeness; resolve out-of-scope items.
• Assist on items such as new client setup, data validation, and Billing Schedules.
