Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree in accounting/administration, 5+ years of medical billing experience, and prior management experience, with Meditech knowledge preferred and CRCR

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of acute and ambulatory medical billing experience is required.
• Must have prior management experience.
• Meditech experience preferred; CRCR certification within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of billing staff and QA specialists.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to billing operations.
• Monitor KPI, productivity, and account aging to improve cash flow.
