Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Bachelor in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations and trends.
• Information Management: Review billing information for discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Analysis: Stay up to date on industry regulations and billing trends across the firm.
• Processing: Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and completeness; address out-of-scope items.
• Practice Management: Assist with billing-related matters and setup of Billing Schedules.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients and CRLs to resolve billing issues.
• Revenue Cycle Management: Support AR posting, data management, and related tasks as needed.
• Financial Analysis: Monitor aging AR and participate in WIP reviews with leadership.
