Job summary

CLA, a leading national professional services firm, seeks a Central Billing Coordinator in Portland. The role centers on client billing, practice management, and collaboration with CRLs and engagement teams to ensure accurate invoices and timely WIP/billing updates.

You will monitor billing discrepancies, analyze trends, and support AR postings while upholding robust data records. A strong billing/administrative background is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations.
• Review billing information for discrepancies and maintain records.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit reports on billing activities and trends.
• Assist with revenue cycle management and AR postings.
• Support items related to billing and practice management as needed.
