Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices through Oracle Project Accounting.
• Validate project setup, funding limits, billing rules, and milestones before invoices.
• Coordinate with project management to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate billing records supporting monthly/quarterly close.
• Monitor AR aging and drive timely collections.
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
• Support monthly AR reporting and DSO metrics.
• Apply ASC 606 revenue recognition rules and reconcile revenue balances.
