Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Billing Specialist to coordinate with billing personnel, project teams, and customers to set up, maintain, report, invoice, and closeout multiple projects. The role involves organizing materials/labor data from POs into job/contract records for billing, managing lien waivers and closeouts, and ensuring accurate accounts receivable communication.

Qualified candidates have 2 years of related experience, strong MS/Google software skills, excellent customer

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience.
• Proficient in office hardware and software (PCs, tablets, printers, copiers; Microsoft/Google).
• Excellent customer service and strong English language skills, both oral and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record checks.

Responsibilities

• Completion of high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project.
• Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents/data for an assigned department/project.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project.
