The role involves managing invoices, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Formación

• Experience with billing processes, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Construction industry or accounting experience is a plus.
