Loma Linda University Health in Redlands, CA is seeking a Supervisor – Business Operations for the Pathology Billing unit. You will oversee staffing, ensure maximum insurance collections and productivity, and maintain quality management.

This role requires strong knowledge of payer directives and the ability to motivate staff to improve processes. Responsibilities include communicating with the A/R Manager, prioritizing projects, delegating tasks, and refining procedures to meet changing

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED is required; postsecondary study in Business/Accounting preferred.
Minimum two years in medical billing/auditing/collection for all insurance and third-party claims.
Minimum one year of supervisory experience in patient accounting in a Physician Business Office setting preferred.

Oversee unit staffing to maintain consistent coverage for maximum insurance collections and productivity.
Ensure quality management of the billing unit and motivate staff to promote problem solving.
Communicate regularly with the A/R Manager regarding work in progress.
Maintain knowledge of payer directives to adjust processes accordingly.
Prioritize projects and delegate to appropriate parties; develop procedures to meet changing requirements.
