Job summary

Steinberg-Diagnostic-Medical-Imaging in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Billing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day billing operations, staff training, and policy implementation within the billing department.

You will work with PPO networks and TPAs, ensure CPT and ICD-10 codes are current, and collaborate with credentialing for provider IDs. This is an on-site role emphasizing accuracy and client service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 3-5 years coding experience in all modalities (billing/coding).
• Experience in medical billing and collections.
• Radiology Coder RCC or AAPC certification desirable.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• No CMS disqualifying events.
• Experience with Intergy or similar billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily billing department operations and staff workflow.
• Support hiring, training, and development of billing team members.
• Address and resolve customer billing inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Enforce billing policies and procedures across the team.
• Collaborate with PPO networks and TPA payers on contracts and reimbursements.
• Ensure CPT and ICD-10 codes are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with credentialing to obtain provider IDs for new radiologists.
• Monitor processes for compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
