This customer-facing role will help initialize accounts for residential and commercial properties and service a growing portfolio of utility billing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, top-notch organization, attention to detail, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, expanding company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four‑year college preferred but will consider other relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Representatives with processing account changes for a large portfolio of properties.
• Process overflow tenant submeter utility billings in a timely and efficient manner.
• Contact customers to obtain information as needed.
• Access customer accounting systems daily to pull information for billing.
• Support other administrative tasks for Account Integration, Rates, and Account Representative teams.
