Job summary

Gismart is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to drive campaigns for our FitMe app and other health, wellness, and lifestyle products. You will own campaign setup in Reteno, manage segmentation, and implement automated flows to improve conversions.

You will work with a PM and development teams to deploy new features, optimize funnels, and ensure transactional emails run smoothly. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, growth targets, and collaboration across remote hubs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an email marketing manager.
• Experience in B2C product or performance marketing.
• Experience with email/CRM platforms (Reteno, ESputnik, SendPulse or similar) — campaign setup, segmentation, automated flows.
• Understanding of the principles of building marketing funnels and experience conducting A/B tests to improve conversion at different stages of the funnel.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, risk metrics).
• Experience setting tasks for the development team and working with a PM to implement new functionality.
• Attention to detail and responsibility — experience supporting/maintaining system (transactional) mailings.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and launching email campaigns in Reteno.
• Achieving mutually agreed quantitative revenue targets.
• Restructuring the email marketing infrastructure including segmentation and flows, A/B tests, campaigns, and risk-metrics maintenance.
• Requesting and implementing new functionality from the web development team (with PM).
• Supporting transactional emails.

Key qualifications

• Practical experience with email/CRM marketing platforms (Reteno, ESputnik, SendPulse, or similar) — campaign setup, segmentation, automated flows

What you will do

• Setting up and launching email campaigns in Reteno

• Achieving mutually agreed quantitative revenue targets

• Restructuring the email marketing infrastructure (remarketing of users who left their emails on the quiz), which includes:
  a) Setting up the foundation of campaigns (segmentation by marketing funnels, different types of flows, etc.)
  b) Conducting A/B tests to improve the entire email funnel
  c) Implementing thematic campaigns
  d) Maintaining the stability of risk metrics

• Requesting and implementing new functionality from the web development team (with the help of a PM)

• Supporting transactional emails.
