You will serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Credentialing, and Managed Care to ensure accurate and timely accounts receivable processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in medical billing or related duties.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10.
• Experience with medical billing software.
• Typing speed 35 wpm or higher preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day activities of billing staff.
• Monitor and resolve work queues to ensure timely AR follow-up and clearance.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the team and share knowledge.
• Assist with training of staff and development of guides.
