Job summary

Medpace is seeking an detail-oriented Invoicing Associate to join our Shared Services billing group in Cincinnati. You will process monthly billings for Medpace Labs, generate reports for internal and external customers, and help maintain accurate account statuses.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and prior work experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to be customer service-oriented.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work 8:30 - 5:00 Monday – Friday within an office environment, with flexible peak-time scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Process billings related to Medpace Labs on a monthly basis.
• Manage the processing/calculation of billings for assigned customer base.
• Generate monthly reporting for internal and external customers.
• Manage and post prefunded account transactions.
• Reconcile and maintain account statuses by customer and project.
