Job summary

Supplyone Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist in North Carolina to handle daily invoicing, verify invoices for accuracy, and process credit memos.

You will transmit invoices to customers and scan delivery receipts, supporting month-end close and routine accounting functions. The role requires an Associate degree in accounting or at least 1 year of billing experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent time management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
