Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative, billing, or office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong research, problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Track fuel and other products in SAP to generate accurate invoices.
• Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Create and process sales orders.
• Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to emails and provide timely internal/external support.
• Answer calls professionally and generate daily reports.
• Work across multiple software systems and platforms.
• Investigate open orders and unbilled liabilities.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
