Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of medical billing and insurance discovery professionals.
• Oversee daily billing and insurance discovery operations for timely claims and resolution.
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, and reimbursement.
