Job summary

CARES is seeking a billing support specialist to join our team in New York. You will process timesheets daily, collect data, and enter it into our billing system promptly, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to insurers.

You will also prepare documents for state audits, compare data with session notes, maintain clean billing records, and resolve discrepancies quickly. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary customer service.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred; no prior experience required.
