Qualifications

• 2+ years invoicing experience including AR/AP and billing.
• Experience with electronic billing systems encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Compare timesheets against invoices and verify billable units.
• Handle high volumes of vendor/vendor inquiries by phone/email.
• Ensure contractor invoicing complies with contracts.
• Research billing issues and resolve with stakeholders.
• Verify supporting docs match invoicing from contractors.
• Enter large Excel data into tracking tools.
• Willing to work outside traditional hours when needed.
