Provide analytical and administrative support to the Distribution Services Business Operations Group to ensure the timely and accurate completion of reports and invoice payments. This position works closely with Business Operations analysts and billing specialists to ensure invoice accuracy while adhering to internal policies and guidelines. The position is also responsible for working with personnel from multiple workgroups such as Construction Services, Power Management and Distribution System (PMDS), and contractor billing staff to resolve billing issues as necessary.
