Overview

Stagwell Marketing Group is seeking an efficient Billing Coordinator to assist our team in managing complete and accurate billing across client accounts. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and sending invoices, tracking payment processes, maintaining meticulous records, and resolving discrepancies. The role also involves handling client inquiries and follow-ups related to billing. To succeed, you should be able to multitask without compromising accuracy, possess strong numerical aptitude, and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day billing needs
• Collaborate with Finance and Account Management teams to facilitate client billing
• Compile and process marketing media costs, both online and offline
• Maintain reconciliation of client prepaid media funds
• Research outstanding accounts receivable, including unbilled and billed items
• Respond to client inquiries to maintain good billing relations
• Issue and electronically distribute invoices
• Keep accurate records of client and vendor billing
• Ensure billing accuracy in accordance with contracted rates
