L2TMedia is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to support the full revenue cycle, including onboarding, contract processing, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

This role offers exposure to accounting, billing workflows, and collaboration with Sales and Client Success in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. Great for a recent graduate or someone early in their career seeking hands-on billing experience.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in billing or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, payment posting, reconciliations, or accounts payable processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial information.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines.
• Collaborative, dependable, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process new sales requests, budget changes, cancellations, and other contract updates.
• Onboard new clients into L2TMedia’s workflow and billing systems.
• Review contracts and billing arrangements for accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
• Generate customer invoices in QuickBooks accurately and on time.
• Reconcile revenue between QuickBooks and the contracting system.
• Post customer payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Support OEM and direct billing based on spend and budgets.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and items needed from clients or internal teams.
• Assist with monthly reporting for management.
• Support accurate OEM enrollment communication.
• Work with Sales, Client Success, and other teams on billing and contracting processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing and workflow processes.

In this role, you’ll support the full billing and revenue cycle, including client onboarding, contract processing, invoicing, payment posting, reconciliations, and collections support. Compensation: The compensation range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $55,000, based on experience and location of where the job is performed.
