Job summary

LevelBlue, a leading cybersecurity services provider, seeks a Customer Billing Specialist to join the Accounting & Finance Team. You will manage monthly invoicing, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success to bill accurately per governing agreements.

The role requires 3–5 years in billing/support, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems. Flexible work arrangement is available within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of order/contract support and billing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Review closed opportunities for proper governing docs and Terms & Conditions.
• Validate consistency between quotes, purchase orders, and SOW/MSA/MTC.
• Process monthly invoicing and assist with cash application and collections.
• Assist with audits and respond to inquiries from customers and departments.
