Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
6 years of billing compliance experience required.
1 year of management experience required.
Epic EHR experience preferred.
Familiarity with Adobe Captivate and Elucidat preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the billing compliance program, including education, auditing, monitoring, and risk mitigation.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, workflows, and performance metrics.
Oversee audits and risk management, coordinate internal and external audits, and report findings to leadership.
Lead education programs for clinicians and staff on billing compliance and documentation requirements.
Collaborate across compliance, revenue cycle, operations, research, and clinical leadership.
