Job summary

You will analyze data for agencies like The Joint Commission, DPH, and CMS, develop compliance plans for new projects, and mentor staff to strengthen regulatory knowledge and readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in Healthcare Administration and/or Quality Measurement/Improvement.
• Experience with health information technology, especially electronic health records.
• Experience managing quality/process improvement projects.
• Experience with dashboard/metric development and EHR report development preferred.
• Experience in oncology and/or palliative care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical support for compliance across Dana-Farber's clinical sites, coordinating Joint Commission readiness and action plans.
• Assist in developing and managing compliance initiatives with unit leadership and frontline staff.
• Analyze new regulatory requirements and lead initiatives to ensure compliance and staff support.
• Organize document and process preparation for unannounced accreditation surveys.
• Collaborate with external partners (e.g., Vizient, C4QI) on regulatory standards updates.
• Prepare and present data analyses to stakeholders to support regulatory education and awareness.
• Develop compliance tools, education materials, and monitoring plans across departments.
