Job summary

Jones Day is a global law firm seeking a Training Specialist in Cleveland. The role guides end-users through training programs, using needs assessments to tailor courseware and delivery methods for BCS staff and Client Services Lawyers.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least three years of billing experience in professional services, and strong relationship-building skills. Aderant experience is desirable, with emphasis on timely, quality training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years’ billings experience in legal or other professional services billing systems; training and application support experience highly preferred.
• Aderant desirable.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships across the Firm and work with a wide range of people in a team setting.
• Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Guide end-users through the training process and help achieve development goals using multimedia tools.
• Assess training needs to determine appropriate courseware and delivery methods for BCS Staff and Client Services Lawyers.
• Utilize system testing, data analysis, and process improvement in training programs.
• Deliver training via WebEx, Teams, and other learning applications.
