Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely billing for facility claims across payers.
• Process claim data fields and edits for clean submission.
• Monitor clearinghouse activity and adjudication status daily.
• Address payer denials and submit timely appeals to maximize reimbursement.
• Maintain documentation within the EHR and shared drives for audits.
• Provide professional service and support to patients and internal departments.
