• Resolves disputed claims by gathering and following up on claims.
• Verifies data and selects corrective steps to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintains compliance with policies and procedures and reports issues.
• Keeps up-to-date with Medicaid/Medicare billing and reimbursement procedures.
• Performs other assigned duties as needed.
