Trilogy Health Services, LLC, located at The Willows at Springhurst, 3101 N Hurstbourne Pkwy, Louisville, KY, is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee billing, collections, and financial operations for the health campus. You will coordinate with Medicare, Medicaid and insurance providers on eligibility, claims and reimbursements.

The role involves hands-on billing, timely monthly closings, posting payments, and supporting census and resident financial records, with a leadership element on

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Hands-on billing and collections for all campus payer types.
• Assists families through Medicaid determination and eligibility process.
• Manages monthly billing processes for all payer classes in an accurate and timely manner.
• Posts cash payments received to the correct resident account.
• Establishes and maintains systems impacting census, accounts receivable and resident financial information.
• Participates in campus leadership responsibilities such as meal manager and manager on duty rotations.
