Redwood Logistics in Laredo, Texas is seeking a Billing & Collections Assistant to join our onsite team. You will process invoices and respond to client inquiries to ensure timely payments. You will monitor accounts receivable, assist with month-end close, and collaborate with accounting to maintain accurate billing records.

Purpose of Your Work

As Billing & Collections Assistant working within EELCORedwood Logistics one of our entities you will be responsible for

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently
• Responding to billing inquiries from clients and internal staff

Work Schedule

This position is full time and onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch

Compensation Range

Hourly Range 1400 hourly
