Redwood Logistics LLC is seeking a Billing & Collections Assistant to manage invoicing, respond to billing inquiries, and monitor accounts receivable in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Education: A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is typically required for most entry level to advanced warehouse roles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Dependability: Strong work history, punctuality, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in billing, accounting, or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently.

Purpose of Your Work:

As Billing & Collections Assistant working within EELCO/Redwood Logistics (one of our entities),you will be responsible for:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently .
• Responding to billing inquiries from clients and internal staff .
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with month end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch.
