LSI Industries, Inc. is seeking a Customer Billing Specialist to support the Accounts Receivable team at our Cincinnati, Ohio location. The role focuses on invoicing, cash application, and billing accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have four+ years of experience with invoicing, with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, or NetSuite, and strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of state sales tax is a plus, with benefits including 401(k) and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with strong accounting basics.
• Four or more years in invoicing, cash application and general accounting tasks.
• Experience with large ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE, NetSuite, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
• Knowledge of state sales tax and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post customer invoices daily.
• Deliver invoices to clients electronically or via portals.
• Issue credit memos and billing adjustments as needed.
• Prepare chargebacks for deductions and unearned discounts.
• Post daily cash receipts and apply payments to invoices.
