Job summary

Neumo, located in Westlake Village, CA, seeks an Audit Analyst (On-Site) to support time reporting, Tsheets, billing, and collections. The role will coordinate cross‑functional processes, prepare operational reports, and implement system changes in the RdsNet environment to meet client needs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Information Systems and 2–3 years of related billing experience, with strong MS Excel, MS Access and .NET skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems required.
• 2-3 years of client reporting and billing experience in professional services.
• Knowledge of client billing systems, .NET, MS Excel, and other software.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access and .NET applications.
• Strong analytical skills and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process billing for ~300 jurisdictions and weekly timesheets for ~50 auditors.
• Maintain weekly time sheet process and Tsheets imports.
• Set up Taxmaster files and manage access/activations.
• Prepare operational reports for VP/AVP Audit Services.
• Improve billing, reporting, scheduling and related processes.
• Coordinate with Client Services to fulfill special client needs.
• Perform special projects and maintain departmental docs.
• Answer inquiries and participate in client meetings as needed.
