Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is assisting a client in Irving, TX seeking an Accounting Analyst for a remote temporary assignment supporting month-end close, financial analysis, reporting and client billing with minimal ramp-up time.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of accounting, NetSuite experience, advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and strong analytical, communication and deadline-driven skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in accounting, financial analysis or operations.
• Required NetSuite experience.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• General ledger, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Strong financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Invoicing and client billing experience.
• Understanding of contract-based billing requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Analyze actual versus budgeted and forecasted results, identifying key drivers of variances
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Manage client invoicing and billing processes while ensuring compliance with contract requirements
• Monitor billing schedules and recurring deadlines to ensure timely invoicing
• Assist with audit support and accounting documentation needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations
