Job summary

Spectrum is offering a paid, full-time internship from May 26 to August 6, 2027, for Information Technology students with a 3.0 GPA. You'll work in two teams, develop reports to identify billing imbalances, and gain exposure to 3rd party billing systems while receiving mentorship and professional development.

This 11-week program emphasizes hands-on projects, networking with leaders, and practical experience in a real telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Rising senior with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Enrolled at accredited college pursuing bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing reports to identify billing imbalances impacting customers.
• Providing technical support and assist in developing and implementing solutions related to 3rd party billing systems.
• Analyze billing systems for ongoing performance improvements.
• Provide support for mass adjustment, reporting, interfaces, security, environments, outage, and trouble ticketing.
