Job summary

Spectrum offers a paid, full-time 11-week internship for IT-related studies. You’ll work with two teams—the department and your intern cohort—on department projects and internship experiences, including a kickoff conference, mentoring, and professional development.

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll gain exposure to the telecommunications industry, participate in networking activities, and receive guidance from a mentor to help shape your career path.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing reports to identify billing imbalances impacting customers
• Providing technical support and assist in developing and implementing solutions related to 3rd party billing systems
• Analyze billings systems for ongoing performance improvements
• Provide support for mass adjustment, reporting, interfaces, security, environments, outage, and trouble ticketing
