Job summary

Spectrum invites a motivated student in Information Technology to join a paid, full-time 11-week internship from May 26 to August 6, 2027. You will work with two teams on department-focused projects and intern experiences, gaining exposure to billing systems and technical support in a real telecom environment.

You will participate in mentorship, professional development, and networking while building practical skills and a professional network within Spectrum and its leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Developing reports to identify billing imbalances impacting customers
• Providing technical support and assist in developing and implementing solutions related to 3rd party billing systems
• Analyze billings systems for ongoing performance improvements
• Provide support for mass adjustment, reporting, interfaces, security, environments, outage, and trouble ticketing
