LaBella Associates is seeking an experienced Accounting Associate to join our fast-paced Accounting Department. You will handle monthly billing for multiple Project Managers and collaborate with project staff to produce and send invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will generate financial reports, analyze data, review credit card statements, and assist with accounts receivable/collections, contributing to our commitment to accurate, efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of accounting experience, preferably in professional services.
• Knowledge of billing practices is required; AR/AP experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Issue monthly billing for multiple Project Managers.
• Collaborate with project staff to create and send project invoicing.
• Generate reports and analyze data to provide financial guidance.
