Job summary

Brightspeed is hiring a Billing Analyst to support accurate, compliant billing across customer segments using SAP BRIM. You will ensure data accuracy, revenue assurance, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and Customer Care to maintain billing integrity.

You will execute monthly cycles, validate invoicing data, and contribute to continuous improvements in processes and reporting. A strong foundation in accounting or finance and 2–4 years in billing operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years in billing operations, preferably in telecom, SaaS, or subscription-based billing.
• Experience with SAP BRIM modules (Convergent Invoicing, FICA, SOM) preferred.
• Familiarity with telecom product hierarchies, usage-based billing, and taxation (E911, USF, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly billing cycles across multiple segments using SAP BRIM.
• Review and validate pricing, taxes, discounts, and contractual terms.
• Perform detailed pre- and post-billing reconciliations for invoice integrity.
• Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies in source data or hierarchies.
