Job summary

Brightspeed is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage end‑to‑end billing across multiple segments using SAP BRIM, ensuring data accuracy and timely invoicing in a fast‑paced operations environment in Charlotte, NC.

You will validate pricing, taxes, discounts and contractual terms, conduct reconciliations, and partner with IT, Finance and Revenue Operations to maintain master data and drive improvements in billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in billing operations, ideally telecom, SaaS or subscription billing.
• Experience with SAP BRIM modules (Convergent Invoicing, FICA, SOM) preferred.
• proficiency in Excel, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI or Looker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly billing cycles across multiple segments using SAP BRIM.
• Review pricing, taxes, discounts, and contracts to ensure accurate invoices.
• Perform pre- and post-billing reconciliations for invoice integrity.
• Audit billing data for SOX compliance and data quality.
• Develop dashboards and collaborate across Finance, IT and Revenue Ops.
