Job summary

Uline, a family-owned North American leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Bilingual Billing Analyst in Illinois. You will support Mexico locations by evaluating billing processes to ensure efficient operations across our growing organization.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvements, analyzing billing data for trends, and serving as the main contact for the Billing team in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 2+ years in business process optimization or change management.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent in verbal and written forms.
• Willingness to travel to North American locations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. Major in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years in business process optimization, change management or a related area.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Available for travel to Uline’s North American locations.
