Uline is seeking a Bilingual Credit Analyst to review customer orders, analyze credit data, and determine credit limits for U.S. and Mexico operations. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills and bilingual communication to support reliable customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have a Finance/Accounting background, 2+ years in credit or related fields, and proficiency with Word/Excel. On-site work in Wisconsin with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Review a high volume of daily customer orders to support Uline's U.S. and Mexico operations, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
