Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking a Branch Billing Admin to compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities. The role supports the Office Manager with payables, credit and collections, processes rental and sales orders, and ensures accurate invoicing across branches.

You will handle correspondence, maintain files, answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with billing adjustments while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Travel is occasional as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months in all phases of office and billing procedures (typing, filing, invoicing, accounts payable, office machines).

Responsibilities

• Sorts incoming branch correspondence and mail and processes outbound mail.
• Assists Office Manager with payables, credit and collections as needed.
• Processes incoming rental and sales orders for branches.
• Maintains open and closed rental files and inventories.
• Converts orders into sale or rental invoices, branch transfers, credit memos and billing adjustments.
• Maintains pending equipment release files and invoicing spreadsheets.
• Answers telephone and routes calls to branch personnel; welcomes visitors.
