Job summary

Stanley CDJR Brownwood is seeking a dependable Biller / Title Clerk to join our Accounting and Business Office. You’ll handle billing for new and used vehicle sales, review paperwork, and learn titles, registrations, and related processes in a training-focused environment.

This role offers hands-on growth within automotive accounting, opportunities to work with sales, finance and accounting teams, and a path from title and billing to broader office duties as you learn.

Qualifications

• Experience with dealership accounting is helpful
• Familiarity with Web Dealer is a plus
• Willing to learn and grow in accounting office tasks

Responsibilities

• Billing new and used vehicle sales accurately and timely
• Reviewing deal paperwork for completeness, signatures and accuracy
• Preparing and processing vehicle titles and registrations
• Processing temporary tags, plate transfers and other registration transactions
• Learning and using Web Dealer and other dealership systems
• Verifying lienholder and vehicle information
• Tracking outstanding titles and following up on missing documentation
• Identifying and helping resolve paperwork discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate and organized dealership records
• Working closely with our sales, finance and accounting teams
• Assisting with other accounting office responsibilities as you learn and grow

Dealership experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person. Experience with Web Dealer is a plus, but it is not required.

What You'll Learn & Do

As a Biller / Title Clerk, you'll become an important part of what happens behind the scenes after a vehicle is sold. You'll learn how vehicle transactions move from the sales floor through accounting, titling, registration and final completion.

• Billing new and used vehicle sales accurately and timely
