Overview
Coordinates scheduling of Cardiac Implanted Electronic Device Clinic patients, including clinic appointments and post procedure testing and clinic appointments. Also assists with billing for remote device check appointments.

Responsibilities
Accurate utilization of computerized scheduling system to provide customer with timely, courteous, and proficient schedulingCoordinate scheduling with the patients, providers, and ancillary services; including pertinent vendor support.Proactively manage requests/orders within EPIC and Medtronic PaceArt and fax management system to ensure prompt schedulingOrganize and complete patient orders and reading/deciphering information from physician orderProvide exceptional communication and follow up to patients and ordering providers.Prepare necessary paperwork to ensure that all necessary documentation and vendor support has been scheduled and confirmed.Medical record management, including: preparation of patient charts, uploading of imaging, enter and compile data, update patient information, update insurance and guarantor information.Competently performs other secretarial duties as requested.Works autonomously and efficiently with minimal direction.
