Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (CCP) is hiring a full‑time Medical Biller for our Paoli, PA location. The role includes coding and entering patient visits, ensuring data accuracy, and timely charge submission. A $500 sign‑on bonus is offered.

Requirements include 3–5 years in a medical office, proficiency with billing systems, and insurance knowledge. EMR experience is a plus; strong communication and a friendly, outgoing demeanor are valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 yrs of experience in a medical office setting, preferably Cardiology.
• Knowledge of different insurance plans and billing rules.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
• Proficiency with computers and billing software.
• Experience with an EMR system is a plus.

Responsibilities

CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring a full‑time Medical Biller for our Paoli, PA location.

Please note this role is entitled to a $500 sign‑on bonus.*

Responsibilities:

• Code and enter all patient visits, tests, etc.
• Ensure the accuracy of all patient information in the billing system.
• Ensure the timeliness of all charges.
• Verify, adjust, and correct bills to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and third‑party billing requirements, rules, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have at least 3-5 yrs experience in a medical office setting, preferably in Cardiology
• Must have knowledge of different insurance
• Must have the ability to multitask

• Must be well‑spoken, friendly, and outgoing

Job Type: Full‑time

*If you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign‑on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date. In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment or the Company terminates your employment for cause within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be required to repay the full amount of your sign‑on bonus.
