Job summary

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia is seeking a full-time Patient Access Representative for our East Norriton, PA location to welcome patients, schedule tests, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and direct patients to appropriate teams.

The role requires prior medical office experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency; EMR familiarity is a plus. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits to join our cardiovascular care team.

Responsibilities

• Enter charges as patients leave and during downtime.
• Call patients to confirm appointments.
• Receive, greet, and direct patients.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and PCP information at check-in.
• Collect co-pays.
• Other duties as assigned.

CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring for a full-time Patient Access Representative at our East Norriton, PA location.

Please note this role is entitled to a $500 sign-on bonus.*

Responsibilities

• Schedule tests and follow-up appointments as patients leave the office
• Review instructions for studies scheduled with patients
• Enter charges as the patient is leaving, as well as during downtime
• Call patients to confirm appointments
• Receive, greet, and direct patients
• Verify demographics, insurance, and PCP information at time of check-in
• Collect co-pays
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• If you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date. In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment or the Company terminates your employment for cause within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be required to repay the full amount of your sign-on bonus.
