Job summary

Center for Family Services seeks a qualified Therapist for the Juntos Program in Camden, NJ. The bilingual clinician delivers individual, group, and family counseling to youths in shelter, following trauma-informed care principles and ORR guidelines.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, licensure preferred, and experience with traumatized youth. A dedicated on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related clinical field; licensure preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish with conversational Spanish required, fluent preferred.
• Experience with individual, group, and family therapy for youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to youth in shelter.
• Ensure safety and well-being following ORR policies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and safety plans.
• Maintain confidential clinical records per HIPAA and ORR standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation for clinical intervention.
