Qualifications

• Master's degree in related human services field.

• Knowledge and application of evidence-based treatment.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
• Minimum one year direct clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Valid NJ driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services with children, adolescents, adults and families through individual, group, and family therapy in office or community settings.
• Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment aligned with psychiatric recommendations and client concerns.
• Utilize systemic, behavioral, and cognitive modalities of treatment.
• Develop individual and family service plans with behaviorally specific goals.
• Provide care management by coordinating services to meet needs.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and maintain licensure; pursue ongoing professional development.
• Complete required documentation within established timeframes per regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Develop a transition plan to aid termination and link to ongoing supports.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and participate in meetings.
• Maintain productivity targets (70%+).
• Run groups as needed and attend supervision/meetings.

Education

Master's Degree in related human services field

Clinical licensure (LCSW/LSW/LPC/LAC) or equivalent

Knowledge of evidence-based treatment
