Center For Family Services is seeking a part time Senior Residential Counselor for the Juntos Program in Camden County, NJ. The role supports unaccompanied minor children, providing shelter, family reunification services, and daily care under a structured, trauma-informed approach.

The position requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and a New Jersey driver’s license. A sign-on bonus is offered along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in child welfare or related social services.
• New Jersey driver's license with 3+ years driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program structure aligns with goals and trauma-informed care.
• Coordinate activities and supervise youth during shifts.
• Administer medications and coordinate medical appointments.
• Support education and job-related goals with youth and staff.
• Provide life skills education and individual mentoring.
• Transport youth to appointments and activities as needed.
